The young man that cleaned my carpet was very professional. You quoted me a lower price on the phone than what you charged. He was a 10 but the change in price was ok but he was here for less than 1 hour.

Seemed to very good process and leaves little residue. Removes most stains unless they are really set in. Technicians were polite and seemed to try as hard as they could to please.
Side note: Please get better tires for the van. It had horrible traction causing the van to end up stuck in the front lawn both upon arrival and upon departure.
