This was the first time we have had our carpets professionally cleaned and we will definitely be using zerorez in the future. The gentleman that came to do our carpets, I can't remember his name but I believe it was either Jared or Jarret, was so nice and did such a great job. He was very personable and let me know what was going on and how things were going to be done. Our carpets were pretty dingy and not very clean and now they look fantastic. We had one particular rough spot by our door that leads to the deck and it looks almost close to new. Again we will for sure be using Zerorez in the future as well as speaking highly to friends and families who are looking to get their carpets done.

I have had 2 carpet cleaning sessions. Both Christian and Chris were helpful and professional. My carpets are 15 years old and have been cleaned by numerous companies over the years. I love that the residue that other companies/cleaners have left behind are being removed now by Zerorez. My carpets look better than they have for a long time.
