We had a very pleasant experience with your representative that showed up to care for our carpets. I believe his name was Eddie (and my apologies for not being 100% sure). He came to care for our carpets at 5532 S161st street, Omaha NE (between 10a-1p). He called 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He was very courteous and polite. He introduced himself and asked us about our specific needs. He gave us all our options and was very thorough and knowledgeable about all the products and the purpose of each.
