I was totally impressed by how clean my carpets were after the service was done. I honestly was not expecting much as my carpet is 20 years old. The price was not totally outlandish and the results were amazing. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was very personable, polite, professional and speedy. The guy that cleaned my carpet arrived early and was super friendly and provided great customer service. This was my first time ever getting my carpet cleaned and he was very helpful and informative. I will definitely continue to use Zerorez if they continue to have an awesome staff!
I like Zerorez's concept of no residue. Shauna came out to do a re-service and did a great job. She used corner protectors and shoe booties whereas the first serviceman didn't do either. She did a great job of going over the stained area to remove it completely.
