Shauna came to the house and did an AMAZING job!! She not only did a great job cleaning the carpets but also did a great job explaining things!! Hard to come across honest hard working people these days, she did an outstanding job in both areas!! Prices are reasonable and I love that they will come to my house which is rural. Carpets aren't left crunchy or wet which is PLUS PLUS!! I will definitely recommend ZEROREZ!!
Carpets look new, they were horrible looking prior to cleaning. Professional service. Also they don't leave carpets sopping wet, the carpet is actually clean, not just wet.
Very friendly technician. Very prompt and efficient. Only complaint was I was I charged for a closet that I told him about on the phone before I booked it. Ended up being more than I expected. Overall very satisfied and would use them again.

She communicated all of my options, open and honestly, and recommended the procedure that she thought I would be happiest with. And I am!!
