The product did an excellent job as there were some stains he completely removed as well as some water damage from the soft water system. The carpet looked new when he completed the job. The service technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I hope he can do our carpets next time we contact you.

This was the first time using Zerorez and it worked out very well. The tech was great, professional, punctual, informative and friendly. He did what we asked and everything looks very good......fresh and clean. The older carpet in the family room came back well. The newer carpet on the stairs and upstairs looks new. Good Job!!!!

I was so pleased with the way the carpet turned out in the home I'm selling, I had you come clean the carpet in the home I just purchased. Once you're done with your process,the carpet feels soft, not stiff like I've experienced with other cleaning companies. Pete was the tech on both of my jobs and he is one of the nicest, customer pleasing guys I've met. He did a great job and even left us a bottle of spot remover for future use. I recently met up with some friends and mentioned I was having my carpet cleaned. Before I could tell them it was Zerorez doing it, they all told me to call Zerorez! They are sold on you as well.
