Easy scheduling
They did a great job, but my only concern is the price. Stanley steamer is a comparable price, and they come with a team of two and move pretty much all of the furniture unless it is extremely heavy. I'll be interested to see how the carpet looks in a few weeks. In my experience, that is when you start to notice the old stains again.
After cleaning my carpets are soft and fresh. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
The tech, Chris Summerfield, was friendly, helpful in carefully explaining the process, and seeing if I had any questions. He arrived at the time scheduled. Our carpet is 35 years old so I didn't expect too much. I was wonderfully surprised at how nice it looks now. Old spots are gone.
Scheduling was a breeze with different time slots available. The technician was knowledgeable and very professional. Cleaned two rooms and hallway in about an hour!

I loved the end product! The carpets were clean and the worker was timely and so nice! We did have a little damage on each stair to the walls where the machine must have rubbed against the wall and it is now scratched. In a pinch I would use again, just not the stairs.
We really liked the guy that came to clean our carpets. He was knowledgeable about the services and products and very helpful to answer all the questions we had. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
