The couch and sofa were so clean and smelled amazing. I like the way everything had a soft touch when dried. I know it will stay cleaner than other products I have used. She was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was done well. I am a Zerorez fan !

The man that came to clean my carpet was amazing! So nice. Took the time to really work on the stains and make sure he got as much as they could. Carpet came out looking like new
Horrible experience with the over the phone quote which she said cleaning would be $439. The total was $1,050 which 2.5 times amount you expected. She had me in a corner as they are here and will not budge on the price or should I say huge price difference. She did a good job but boy did I pay for it. Have a couple spots that still need touched up. Probably would recommend but would also share my bad financial experience.

Excellent tech! She was extremely knowledgeable of the product and was able to answer all questions. She was excellent at her pattern of going over the carpet. She made sure every inch had an application of either the deodorizer or the water. She was friendly and cheerful throughout the entire process. My carpet look terrific and smells great.
