Able to book online. Good variety of services available. Don't use chemicals to clean, as they are plant-based and they work! Will try additional treatments on stains, but won't charge you if there is no significant improvement.

Showed up on time. Did a walk through and showed me where there could possibly be problems with the high heat. Very knowledgeable about carpet. Smelled amazing, like peeled oranges. Removed all the stains even the pet stains that kept coming back. The carpets smell and feel amazing. Our carpet is over 25 years old and definitely needs to be replaced but this cleaning bought us a few years before we have to replace them. When we moved in three years ago we had a different company do the whole house because they were slightly cheaper. They basically sprayed the carpets with air freshener. They removed hardly any of the major stains. I wish I would have spent the extra money then to have it done properly. Plus no chemicals so that’s a bonus for me! I would definitely recommend!

on 10/27/17, Doug and Shawna (my A team) came out and got stains out of my carpet that the first cleaner did not get out. I really appreciated the concern that Zerorezz came out and took care of the problem so quickly. I will call on this company again when I need my carpets cleaned.
I am still waiting for the Duct Cleaning Quote from Zerorezz. That was done on the first cleaning. The gentleman counted all the in and out air registers in my house.

Braxton was awesome & asked great questions for clarity of service that we needed. I’m amazed and pleased how great our carpets look.
Our carpet is 12 years old, and has been through 4 Dogs and 3 kids. I thought I was in need of new carpet. We had previously had it cleaned by another service with poor results a year or 2 ago. I thought we would give the carpet a last ditch effort to extend the time before I have to replace it. The technician was fabulous! He gave me an honest evaluation of our carpet and the results to anticipate. It did cost more than the $129/ 3 rooms for the basic service, but I anticipated that. It looks SO good! I don't even think I will need new carpet! I am thrilled! Truly WOW'd!! I would recommend ZeroRez to everyone and will definately use them again.

I really liked the service tech that cleaned my carpets. She explained everything very well and worked so hard for 2 hours cleaning my carpets. She did a great job.
I would like to say that the person that booked my appointment was not clear at all about the cost of the service. I had to pay almost triple what she said it would cost, and I expected that from previous cleanings. I even told her the square footage of my basement and she still insisted that it would be $129.00 with a $30 upcharge for the room being larger than 15x15. Additional training is needed there.
