Very professional technician, answered all my questions quickly . My carpet was not soiled but had residue from previous cleanings. Now the carpet looks so much brighter and color is as it was when new. We are very happy with this service.

No residue and employees really care, what i dont like in past you advertise 3 rooms for x $ and then things keep.adding up. It didnt happen this time but 1st 2 times it did.
It was easy to make the appointment. They technician arrived early and call ahead to see if that was ok. He was very fast cleaning the 2 large rooms and 2 staircases and the carpets look great. Even better there were nasty odors after he left! Great service.
