There is very little noise and no smell. It takes less time than any other carpet cleaning and the result is better. My carpet still has the same soft feeling after the carpet cleaning as before. The gentleman that clean the carpets was so very professional very nice and very knowledgeable about the products.
The product did an excellent job as there were some stains he completely removed as well as some water damage from the soft water system. The carpet looked new when he completed the job. The service technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I hope he can do our carpets next time we contact you.
