The Tech Chris was very prompt and courteous prrforming the cleaning service.
Decent job. However, considering the time of year & each day isn't always sunny, the later afternoon appts lessen the light issue. MOst rooms being cleaned don't have lamps, etc on them to help see.
A little portion was missed I'm sure due to this issue.
However, would not prevent me from recommending your service. Just a suggestion.
I like the ability to book online. The process was very clear & efficient for communication. Zerorez communicated within the time frames that they stated they would to confirm appointment and provide me with pre-cleaning information.

The representative who came to my home was professional, curteous & prompt. He was conscientious of my pets as well as safety concern for wet carpets + slick wet floors.

I really liked Pete. He went above and beyond and very pleasant. I liked the citrus orange peel, the booties left for my family so we would not resoil the carpet and take off the scotchguard. No soap residue to worry about.

They make carpet clean in a friendly nice way ! They block your door with a screen and wear shoe covers. They use corner covers for your wood work ! Call them your carpet won’t be dirty any more .

Chris, our technician, was great about explaining the cleaning system and the products. We had some pretty tough stains and he was very upfront about the fact that he might not be able to get them out completely. He did a great job though and the size and color of the stains was diminished greatly. Our house smelled clean and the carpets were soft. All of this at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be recommending the service to friends and will use again when we need carpets cleaned again.
