Tech was very polite and quick. Reservation person indicate dry time would be 2-4 hours, tech indicate 12-24, but with help of 3 high speed ceiling fans, box fan, rotating fan, dehumidifier and open window, got drying done in acceptable time.

This is the second time I’ve hired Zerorez to clean my carpets. On both occasions, the representatives who came to do the job were courteous and pleasant young men.

Quick and it works
great job very knowlegable of the process and product. Had previous cleaning with 2 other companies. This is the first time all stain are gone.
Done timely and great results
The service man was able to answer questions, on how Zerorez is different from the typical carpet cleaning services. He was very mannerly, and allowed me to watch his process. The sun room was a former smoking room, with obvious nicotine residue on the carpet. When I watched him take clean swipes, and the yellow just disappeared? I knew the rest of the non smoking carpets would be clean. Very pleased with the odors being gone. I dont know that I would do the deodorizer again, it was fresh, just not my fave smell. But we will def call for your services again, and if the same service guy comes with it? Added bonus. Genuinely a nice guy. Thank you, Zerorez! We will have fresh smelling carpets fir the Holidays!!
