He was very professional.He came when he said he would. The carpets look pretty good. There are a couple of stains that did not come out, but we were told that they may not.The price was very reasonable for the service we received.

Pete was great. I had puppy stains on the carpet and he recommended a pre-treat process for them. He explained the whole process and and went about his business, He was very professional and FAST. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Ben Bartlett was our technician and did a great job. We had our whole main level cleaned and it turned out really nice. Dried quicker than we thought it would. By Sunday afternoon we had our house put back together. We highly recommend Zerorez. Great customer service!
