fast service and a quality cleaning
Our service tech (TJ) was so professional and pleasant. We would love to have him do the work next time, as well. This was our first time using Zerorez, and we were very happy with the way the carpet stains were removed. We are holding our breath hoping they will not come back this time, as they have when we used other companies.

the technician "Eddy" was knowledgeable and explained very well what he was going to do. Regarding our spots on the floor, he explained what he could do to get the spots out. I know there was no guarantee in removing them but he would do his best. His best was that he removed the spots on our carpeting!

this was my first time trying Zerorez. I was most impressed by my technician who took the time to explain all possible choices for the problem I was having with my carpet. He did not rush me or seem bothered by my questions.
