Excellent job! The service technician was polite, courteous, and very professional. Our two rooms and bathroom were done in less than an hour. What amazed my wife and I the most was not only how clean the carpet was after the service, but how soft and plush it was! An amazing job! The technician was great and deserves his stars. The company on a whole should get my original star rating. This survey is very bias and misleading. To whom is in charge, you should not grade your technicians on this unless you create more categories of star ratings. It is unfair that you grade your employees on any survey section that doesn't specifically say "How did are technician do?". They shouldn't be punished because the costs didn't reflect what I thought they would be.. that is the company's advertisement issue, not your employee who comes out and does most the hard work.
I love the quick service and amazing results. We were afraid we would have to replace our carpet but Pete was able to get out some tough stains and save us a ton of money.

The technician that came out did a great job and was very friendly. He was also very willing to answer any questions I had and I had several. Anytime I have felt with technicians from other companies they seem very irritated when they are asked too many questions.
