The biggest reason for using Zerorez is the lack of chemical use. I have also heard that with most carpet cleaning companies, it leaves soap residue and then your carpet gets dirty all over again because the soap residue attracts dirt.

The rugs we had cleaned with Zerorez look brand new and there is absolutely no smell. The technician who serviced our rugs, TJ I believe was his name, was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He did an excellent job and did it in a timely manner.

I needed my carpets cleaned at the last minute and you were able to come out the next day. The person (T.J.) called to let me know he was on his way and was very close to the beginning of the window of time promised. He said it would be an hour and that's what it was. The carpet looks great! We've had it cleaned and cleaned it ourselves and the high traffic area has never looked this clean.

The professional was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the options and price points very well. He walked through areas on the couch that would not come clean and provided a thorough explanation. He also explained the 2 areas I had concern with that might need to be retouched due to animal accidents.

The only reason I did not provide a 10 was because the process did not clean the carpets as well as I would have liked. After the drying period the spots that I really wanted to see gone from normal wear came back 2 days later. I would have liked to see these spots permanently removed with the standard cleaning process. (non pet related)
