The man sent was very polite and professional. He was honest about the product and what it could do. He showed up very early in the 3 hour window provided by the company. He was in and out in less than an hour. I only had one complaint and that is the fact that everyone said the carpets wouldn't be wet for very long but they were still damp over 12 hours after they were cleaned. Which was extremely inconvenient considering I have a broken ankle and the transition between wet carpet and solid flooring was extremely treacherous.

The staff was incredibly nice and prompt. She was very helpful, clean and informative! The product smelled amazing, which is part of why I ended up purchasing it. We had some harsh stains on our rug, which I am guessing is about 30-50 years old, and the stains were almost completely gone when the rug was more dry that evening. I was incredibly impressed, especially for the price! Even before I scheduled the cleaning, the staff I emailed responded promptly and gave me plenty of information regarding the price and deal being promoted at the time.

We call Zerorez once every six months for a carpet cleaning due to pets. Though they do not have accidents on the floor we still use the pet treatment each time. The house always smells amazing after they are done, and the carpets look brand new. The service techs are very great and friendly. They do try to sell you some other services but I understand that it's part of business and they're not aggressive about it. They actually hooked me me with a service that I did not know they offered. They were able to remove a decent sized area of melted wax without destroying the carpets. Amazing service. I would highly recommend.
