The technician was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The process took less time than I was expecting. We had a biological treatment done for a cat urine problem. I am not certain if the treatment completely cured the problem, which he explained that could be the case. We may have to have the extraction treatment or replace the carpet altogether but this isn't due to the technician.
Carpet is basically dry within a short amount of time. No hard sell for other services.
T.J. was prompt as advertised. He was exceedingly polite and courteous. He represented his company well. We asked for additional services and we were promptly quoted the associated costs. Some we added to the order others we did not. At no time did T.J. seem frustrated or elated by our choices. He is a professional and conducts his business accordingly. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase unnecessary services.
T.J. was fastidious and focused on his job. From another location I could hear his assiduous efforts on the carpets and the sundry other areas we had asked him to clean.
We had heard Gary Saddlemier on KFAB tout the Zerorez service, but we also had two other sources who had employed Zerorez and were very pleased with their work. We whole-heartedly endorse their recommendations..

Ben from Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my house. He was able to get the few stains out that I had and my carpet looks brand new again! Thank you, Ben! I would highly recommend.
We were pleased to have Eddie come to survey our cleaning needs and explain exactly what products he would be using and gave us other options to consider. Eddie was polite, informative and efficient. Our rugs are a welcome sight now and he tackled our badly in need of cleaning stairs with fervor and rewarded us with spotless stairs.
