We were very pleased with the whole experience. We were able to schedule the appointment at our convenience. Someone contacted us the day before to confirm the date. The young man called on the day as he was preparing to come giving us his ETA. The worker, Eddie, was very courteous and thorough. He walked throughout noting any areas needing attention, and then verified the cost of the work before he started. Afterwards, he asked me to look over the treated areas for my satisfaction. It was a very professional, thorough job. Eddie was very pleasant and respectful. This is our second use of Zerorez and we will hire them again. Thank you!!
