I love Zerorez! They hire only the most friendly and knowledgable personnel. They are very helpful when an emergency arises. I have recommended this company to several people and they have all used Zerorez and love them as I do. If you want your carpets clean and looking great you need to try them. Very fast but efficient, courteous and helpful. I would like to see the price be a bit lower considering the time spent or concessions made if only partial rooms are being cleaned. For instance i had 2 rooms that i only had 50% cleaned, i would've liked to have seen this resulting in stairs and hallway being cleaned free since technically there was less work being done but paid for. This to some degree should be up to the technicians discretion even if its called in for approval.

Scott went above and beyond to disassemble, clean and replace some intricate duct work.
The only difficulty was apparently he was unable to notify me he was going to be later than the scheduled 12 to 3 pm time slot due to not having access to that time information when he discovered the previous job was more complicated and would take longer. Due to a constant busy signal at the Contact Us phone number, I was unable to contact Zerorez when I called at 3:30 to see if anyone was coming or not. I didn't appreciate that waste my time.
