We hired Zerorez for duct and carpet cleaning on the same day. Two technicians - Scott and Garren - arrived for the services and both were professional and courteous. The technicians were thorough for the most part but forgot to clean some spaces - the guest bathroom vent, and carpet in the hallway linen closet. The technicians left in such a hurry without a final walk through so we were not able to bring up the missed areas. Still, the cleaning overall was satisfactory.
The service person who came, he seemed to be training another individual, was polite and professional.

The service people are very good at what they do and appreciated the second visit. The carpet was cleaned and looks great. The one thing we are disappointed with is the product that was used to remove the cat pee( let me just add that the cat urine was only on the carpet as near as we can tell about three weeks) did not remove the smell completely after two applications which were weeks apart.

I have used your carpet cleaning services here in Omaha and in Lawrenceville, GA. I have always been pleased with the results. This time my technician, Eddie, was awesome. He is very professional, personable and explained everything thoroughly. I called for the $99.00 special, however, Eddie explained how a couple additional treatment options would enhance the overall results. Will definitely use Zerorez again and will definitely request Eddie as our technician.

Second time we have utilized the services and extremely pleased with the outcome. Customer service is excellent. Friendly but informed personnel who do not "hard sell" but are happy to serve the customer. Price is right --- was able to utilize the $99 three room special (both times we utilized the services)... but the product sold itself, so we purchased additional services in conjunction with the "special."
