The 2 gentlemen were very nice and they took their time cleaning the carpets. We have 2 dogs, there was an odor from cleaning the carpets that we were smelling, which I have found out is very common if you have pets, they came back out and applied an odor eliminator to the carpet and raked it for no charge, which was very nice!

I wanted my carpets cleaned as well as my air ducts. Zerorez was recommended by my daughter’s employer. They use Zerorez for their business and personal residence.
After I told Scott about my issues with allergies, he recommended the Breathe Clean air purifier and electrostatic furnace filter. I purchased them both.

Service was great. The technician was on time and very courteous. He showed me before & after pictures of some of the returns/vents. We had about 15 vents, including the returns, and it only took about 2.5 hours. Will definitely do business with ZeroRez again in the future!
