Technician called ahead and let us know he could get started earlier than we had scheduled which was PERFECT! He was very polite and explained everything to us as well as additional options. He was speedy but very thorough and honest about any issues he came across. He was very personable and made conversation with both my husband and myself which made us both extremely comfortable with the process. Upon completion it gave us some tips and best practices about our freshly cleaned carpets.
The carpets look amazing! Even better than we could have imagined! They are so light and fluffy again now, our 8 year old son wanted to lay on the carpets every chance he could because of how clean and fresh they smell and feel! The willingness of your technicians to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied with their services. I have used your company several times for carpet cleaning and have been very happy with the results. Recently had you come out to do tile cleaning in the master bedroom shower. Was very disappointed in the results, even after the technician went over it a second time. I will continue to use you for carpet cleaning, but would not recommend you for tile/grout cleaning.
Service was excellent. Professional technicians. Called a day or two prior to scheduled cleaning to confirm appointment. Also, gave a heads up call an hour/30 min prior to arrival day of cleaning. Technicians were polite and answered all my questions. End result was great. Carpets and vents in much better shape. The air in my home smells cleaner (i.e. less dust and odor).
