The two men that came to my house introduced themselves, very professional . Asked where the three pronged outlets were and went to work. They helped me move the dining room chairs and told me after the cleaning was finished to wait about 24hrs before moving them into place. They worked quickly and business like. The carpet looks great!

Shauna with Zerorez came out and cleaned my carpet in my front room/living room. We did have to combat some urine issues. She was amazing, and explained everything very throughly. We did a pad extraction for the trouble spot and a standard cleaning for the rest of the room. So far from what we've noticed it completely took care of the smell and it even took out most of the discoloration. I could not be happier with the service I recieved. Of course combatting urine stains/smells is more costly, but I'd happily pay to have Zerorez do it again if I needed (hopefully we won't, but still)! Thank you Shauna, you were wonderful!
