What I love about ZerOrez. FIRST is is the same spelled forward and backward. Second, the personal attention that I receive is off the charts. I have had carpet and chatis cleaned by this team for many years. I am talking about heavy animal urine to cats spraying a sofa (in my rental house). BaDaBoom BaDaBing Zerorez shows up and the smell is gone gone and gone!

I got my carpets cleaned because we just bought a house and the previous owners had a few pets and you could definitely smell it. Connor did an amazing job! He was very friendly, very upbeat and informative, and very professional. My carpets look brand new and my house smells a million times better! I Would recommend Zerorez to all of my friends and family!

The service provided was outstanding. The tech, Aaron, arrived on time, treated and cleaned most of the carpet in the house. The Zerorez process literally brought the 28 year old carpet back to life. All stains were erased and the piling looks very refreshed. Overall, I was very impressed with how everything turned out. Give Aaron a raise for a job done exceptionally well !

From the moment Scott came into my house it was obvious that his main goal was excellence in cleaning my carpet. It was not getting it done fast, it was not cutting corners, it was giving me the very best service possible. And he did. He was a 10 out of 10. Zerorez is not cheap, but I choose to spend my dollars for important things like the cleanliness of my house.
