After the service, we had a final walk thru of our office with the technician before any final billing was completed. He gave us recommendations for future care of our office as well as current condition of the carpet and tile.. When I ordered the service I requested a refill on my pet accident spray and his order has the wrong one. Pete made a special trip on his day off to make sure I received the correct product.
