The gentleman that provided our cleaning was so polite and professional. He worked so hard to be sure he did the best job. This was the first time I used zerorez. They have earned my loyalty! We had a sewer backup and had a lot of black gunk on our carpet. We had tried to get a lot of it out, but you could still see it on the carpet. The gentleman that came out said he had never seen anything like it but would do his best to get it out. He did a wonderful job.
