My husband had to walk through the house several times while Chris was working and said he was really working hard at scrubbing the carpet, not just going through the motions and walking through the rooms with the wand. My husband is a very hard worker and not not easily impressed by others work ethics. He was very impressed with Chris.
I was very pleased with the gentleman that come to clean the carpet. He worked hard and fast and the carpet looks amazing.
My tech was very friendly and helpful with determining specifically what I needed. All of the stains came out except for some high traffic areas, all the others were gone. I have a puppy and the odor was gone as well. Thank you for a job well done!

Great customer service
They did an amazing job on our wool carpet. We needed several areas cleaned and we had a sewage leak that needed to be decontaminated. They were great with answering our questions and communicating
with us and the service technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond in helping us tackle our cleaning needs. I will gladly use them in the future!
Had an issue with the first cleaning, they sent Scott out and after looking at everything he knew what should have been done and fixed the problem. Very impressed with the response and how quickly this company resolved our issue!
