It was very easy to call Zerorez to ask questions and schedule my appointment. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was very knowledgeable about the different conditions and stains in my carpet. He was up front about the cleaning process and very polite. There was no discrepancy in the quote given over the phone for the price of services to be rendered and the actual price for services at the time of service. The gentleman gave excellent instructions regarding drying times, replacing furniture, and keeping the carpet looking its best until the next cleaning. He also gave recommendations for the next "specials" time frame to help me save money on my next cleaning. I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning.

I do have a problem with how much your visit will actually cost me. Dickering with the representative at my door to keep the price within my range after I sign up for a $109 offer which ends up costing $228.98. That's embarrassing. Next time, could I have a list of all the possible options/costs ahead of time so I can figure out on my own what I need to have done and how much I want to spend.

I have had Zerorez several times over the years. They have always done a great job cleaning my carpet. This year Scott did the work and was awesome. My carpets are a thick plush and 15 years old. After cleaning, they were like new again. Very pleased with this service!

Your technician did a great job. I do have an issue with the office, though. I received an ad on my IPad about a 10% discount and in calling to make an appt there was no mention of a discount;, I called back and the discount was given. I just feel like I shouldn't have to ask for the discount. Over all I am happy with the cleaning and Aaron.
