The carpet looks great, and the person who came out was very helpful.
Professional, simple and friendly
I was unhappy with my Service Tech. and Scott took the time to call me and ask what he could do. He listened to and understood what I was saying and offered to come out and re-clean my carpet. I declined as I did not want it cleaned again. Many thanks to Scott for his time and understanding.
Tyler was very thorough and friendly. He explained additional charges for any add on options up front, and did his job in a timely and professional manner. We will use you again when needed.
It’s been two weeks since our carpets were cleaned and I still notice them daily. I’d say it’s the cleanest they’ve looked since we moved into our home 10 years ago, and we’ve had other companies here to do the same job. Our tech was on time and professional. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you.
The process went much quicker than I expected. Very happy with the end results!
Thorough and friendly.

We specifically requested Pete to clean our carpets and furniture since he did such an outstanding job cleaning our ducts a little over a year ago. Pete did an amazing job and our carpets and furniture look fantastic!
No chemicals used.
Tylor was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Professional
Great carpet cleaners. Fast too. Love you guys
Timely. The technician did the best job of anyone before him.
The technician was very thorough not only with the explanation of the services, but also the explanation of the cleaning process, the areas that were scheduled to be cleaned, as well as the aftercare (if you want to refer to it as such) instructions. When I asked questions he knew the answers to them all, and I firmly believe that people go into this type of cleaning service with way too high of expectations and expect the carpets to look brand new with absolutely no stains even if they are 15 years old and need to be changed out, such as the case with my rental home that I had the carpets just cleaned at. However, this technician was very realistic and explained before he started that was not the case but that he would do the best he could. Well I will be the first to say that his best was beyond my expectations and definitely exceeded what I thought to be possible! I have used them multiple times and will continue to recommend them to everyone and also use them again myself!
Pete was excellent and did a great job explaining each step of the process and left the house looking almost brand new!
