Didn’t remove all the stains the first visit, they came back out and got it done right.
It leaves every fiber clean and fresh smelling. Some hard stains may not be totally removed but overall there is a reduction of the stain.

I heard from pass customers not to buy new carpet and to give you a try it has only been one day, but so far none of the spots have returned and the carpet looks new.

Carpers are not crunchy. They dried very quickly. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I thought ari would smell more of the citrus though. Everything went perfect
