The products are safe to humans and pets - with very little odor - and if there is one it smells nice - this time it was citrus like. The service has always been impeccable - very polite and courteous individuals come out - and seem to truly care about what they are doing and the service they are providing. AND most importantly the job you are paying for is done WELL and RIGHT. The carpets are clean. The stains removed. The smells, if any - gone. I'm VERY pleased!!
