This is the second time I have had Scott from Zerorez clean my carpets. Both times he has done such a great job - no easy task with pets! My carpets are back to smelling fresh and looking great! Also had master bathroom tile and grout cleaned.
We had to reschedule our first appointment in February due to my husband being in the hospital. I called this week and was able to reschedule this week. We have used Zerorez one other time and find them to be very professional and courteous, Love the clean fresh smell after they are done. Does not affect our cat and that was good.

We were so very pleased with the person who cleaned our carpets...They came out looking much better than we had even thought possible...Nice person...very polite and went the extra mile. We will never use any one else but Zerorez. The last time we had our carpets cleaned with Zerorez, we were very pleased with the young man who did the work...but if it is even possible the person who came this last time was even better...

We appreciate zerorez. Every year we have to tell them we ordered our cleaning on your spring special to get the rate you offered instead of the price they bring. It’s a little annoying. The one thing I didn’t appreciate this year was no mask. I have a challenged amune system and am being very carefull We will see you next spring thanks and as always the gentleman that was here was very friendly and polite. Thank you
