Client Testimonials
Very friendly staff and professional i love this company. They never disappoint! Carpet is dry in no time.
The technician, who came to our house, was pleasant and professional. It was easy to get service when I needed it. The old rugs look much better and the house smells much cleaner after the service. I do not have to worry about residue left on the rugs to attract dirt.
First time using Zerorez after being referred by a friend. Super convenient scheduling an appointment on the site with clear pricing. Only a 2 day turnaround which I thought was impressive around the holidays. Tylor called 10 minutes out and arrived on time. Went over everything and recommended a few other services and explained them well. Very professional and respectful start to finish

Carpet cleaning
It just seems so fresh and clean and I like that there’s no residue. The associate you sent was great, he did a very good job and was very nice. I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately. If I could get it, I’d appreciate it as I would request him again.
Thank you,

Pete was really great to work with on our issue. He was very timely in calling me that he was on his way and the service he was going to provide. He even asked if there was anything else I may need addressed or help with. We talked about the air ducts and he was so willing to look at our system and give me an estimate and even perform the work that day. He kept me up-to-date on what he was doing with his work and always asked if I had any questions. He is very focused on customer service and making sure our needs were met. We appreciate that very much. The next time we need assistance, we would like Pete to come back to our house!
Quick, polite, and got the job done painlessly.
Scott, our representative was very courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He took time to explain some other applications like bacterial spray that would help with our area rugs.
We’ve been using Zerorez for our 20 years at our two past residences. We’ve also used you at some other properties in the Denver area.
The representative that did the work was amazing. Great attitude and did the work in a timely manner. Would definitely have Zerorez return.
Thank you
The Service Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The carpet is not as clean as I had hoped but that was not because he didn't try.
Great price!
