The carpets look great after you have cleaned them. All of the technicians that have come to clean have been very friendly and wanted to make sure that the job is done correctly and to my liking.
This was the first time I've used Zerorez to clean my carpets. The difference was amazing! High traffic areas that never came clean before, look great. I was skeptical but it turned out great and any residual smell totally dissipated when it dried.
