I like your carpet cleaning service but we just can’t afford to have it done very often. There are always up charges on services. It would be nice if there was a set price that included protection, etc.
I already submitted my review yesterday. However, I would like to add one more thing. I do not like the fact that the customer is asked on the site if they want to add a tip. The choices to select are $10, $15, and $20. Of course, I could have said ‘no’, however the service person was standing right in front of me. Not a good practice if you want return customers. Conner was a delightful gentleman and did a fine job on our carpeting . . . pay him more!

Connor was friendly, understanding, and very informative. The carpets looked brand new when he was finish. Overall great job and outstanding customer service.

I was explained about the process, and the additional services available, was able to discuss the pros about all. The gentleman put of booties on his shoes before coming in the house and asked about putting on mask, very professional experience. The carpets look fantastic. Thanks.

I had some bad pet stains and they were about 98% gone. Old bathroom tile looked very bright and clean. Carpets overall looked great. The workers were extremely friendly and informative about the work they did.
