Curteous and professional technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. Carpet looks and feels great! I also had a rug cleaned and it freshened up a lot. Our carpet is 3 years old well cared for, but the few stains that were present are gone now! I was worried about some older carpet in an office/weight room that was the worst, Now that it’s dry, I think it’s going to be fine.
