He arrived on time, was professional, polite (even with my 4 little kids watching his every move and asking a bunch of questions, did a very thorough job and paid attention to detail. My grout looks so much better and my carpets likewise look and smell great. I am very happy with Zerorez and plan to use them again in the future.
