The guy that came and did our carpets was amazing. Down on his hands and knees checking out stains, thoroughly explaining all products, how they work, and why they are necessary. We love ZeroRez and won't ever use anyone else. Our carpets look fabulous!
I already filled out one survey, so this is a little annoying. Your guy was great - he worked hard. My floors didn't come clean, but I really didn't expect them to after many years of hard traffic. They looked much better than before.
