Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and NOT pushy. Worked with a couple different staff at the cedar riverside location to make my bike purchase - and both were great. Then the free 100 mile tune-up at the location on Grand - service person was awesome, helpful, and taught me some stuff.

Super friendly and patient staff

Very helpful with shoe recommendations for cooler weather from personal experience. They even let me try the shoes on one of the trainer bikes they had set up and adjusted the seat.

I've always had good service and appreciate the friendly staff. Let me know where the new Minneapolis store will be located and when it will open.
