Find Martin's staff patient, courteouse and knowledgeable. They offer information and expertise in helping you decide what you are looking for... and without judgment. It sounds like such a simple principle but isn't all that common these days. I am recent new customer and plan to be repeat customer.

I have purchased 3 bikes from Martins. I plan on purchasing an E Bike, at some point. Ernest allowed me To go for a ride on the e-bike I was considering. When I returned, he discussed my options with me and showed me what bikes fit my requirements.
Ernest is very “low key”. He is interested in you getting what you, as the purchaser, want and never tries to encourage you to purchase more than you actually need.
Ernest and his staff are also top shelf service men. Any work done at Martin’s done to the highest standards.
