Dean of Eastern Propane is very professional, he came to ensure the gas is running for all of my fireplaces. He explained to me patiently the technicality as to how they work and why some don't work and even left me with where to call for fireplace services.

Nice staff in and out of office
When our Wolf range started leaking gas, we called our plumber and then the contractors plumber who installed it. Between them, they weren’t able to make the proper repairs. Finally, we called Eastern Propane and your technician spent two hours here and made the proper repairs.
Very good propane prices
In 29 years we have never run out of gas; your monitoring systems (degree day measurements, etc.) appear to work well. Your delivery guys are knowledgeable, courteous, safety-conscious and hard-working. Since they are quiet and efficient, I usually don't know they've even been here. Please thank them for us. We appreciate the ability to stay warm, heat our water and cook our food. We appreciate the "level payment" plan which allows us to make a monthly payment spread out over the year.
