The office is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The man that delivered the propane explained that my particular tank will only read 72% when full. In doing so, a potential call to the office was avoided. He also thanked me for clearing a path for him. Being proactive and polite defines excellent service.

I think natural gas heat could be a plus. Also most people prefer cooking with gas.
