Love Eastern Propane's staff - deliveries are on time, customer service is very helpful. I gave you a 9 because you can't get your budget plan, automatic payments straightened out. I had to stop it because you kept charging my credit card over $500. I would call, customer service would reverse the charge only to have it happen again. Let me know when you fix it and I'd like to go back on it rather than get hit with a $1,000 charge for a 4/26 delivery!
