Delivery is always in a timely manner. Drivers and service techs courteous and pleasant, even when the weather is not. Office personnel friendly and knowledgeable.
Website and online portal is easy to use and understand. Most questions can be answered with online tools. I guess one improvement would be an approximate "next scheduled delivery date" for those of us on automatic delivery. That would let us compare our tank level, to the estimated tank level published on your website.

I like that when I had a big delivery charge and could not pay it in its entirety because I'm living on a fixed income, I asked if I can go on a monthly payment plan and Krista Caccamise immediately arranged for me to be put on a payment plan.

Your service is great! However, I wish you would fill my tanks at least twice a year. You recently filled my tanks for the first time in just about a year and the invoice is more than I can handle in one payment. Sorry, I'm going to have to send you two or three payments as soon as possible.
