Scott was responsive and we worked through the process of adding tanks for our new Generac. Process should be completed 6.2.22 in the pm. Crews showed up when scheduled which is a good thing. First time users so we'll see how it goes.

Called inquiring about propane for a generator. I was impressed with the pricing and customer service throughout the entire process. Most propane companies don't want to deal with you because you only use propane for an emergency generator. Not Eastern they were fair and honest.
I am happy with the service provided, but have a problem with billing. When a propane delivery takes place, I receive a bill. I always write a check and mail it in within 24 hours, but a week to ten days later I receive an invoice by e-mail. Am I supposed to wait to get the invoice before paying the bill? Why then am I given a bill at the time of service?
