I was unable to access the my superior app. I had to call Eastern Propane only to find out that the app platform had changed and would not be available for a while. I would have appreciated an announcement so I did not have to waste time trying over and over to access the app and even trying to call superior only to be put on prolonged hold. Fortunately Eastern Propane answered. Kindly inform us when the app will be available again
