I ended up dealing with the staff because one of my graphics wasn't sharp enough. They worked with me to get the right graphic, and they accommodated me when I made a last minute change. I was able to preview the finished product and it arrived in a timely fashion. Overall, very pleased.
Evan, my sales rep, was very helpful and prompt with responses. The decals are great quality and did not bubble when applied (as did others from another company). We were on a tight time frame and received the decals in plenty of time. They seem like they will hold up for a long period of time.
