The design and ordering process is pretty darn good. But the attention to detail on the finish product is lacking. They need to check every print as they all matter to the persons that order them.
Bridget was extremely patient and helpful. I was trying to get labels for my 11yo daughter’s candle business project. She was creating the artwork on Canva and we had some problems sizing it to the correct size for the label. We tried a few times, and just couldn’t get it right. Bridget asked me to call, and in less than 5 minutes she understood what we wanted and asked if she could edit the artwork for us. I gave her the go-ahead and in under an hour later she sent proofs that were exactly what we wanted. We will be ordering from Decals.com again. 100% recommend!
