This was our first time using Decals.com and it was a great experience from the beginning. We selected a color match service for our logo brand colors and we are so happy we did, the colors selected were just right. We received our order and the quality was very good and and the shipping and processing time was much faster than we have ever experienced from other companies from our past. I've been looking for somewhere to get my logos made. Most seem pricey. But my over all experience with Decals has been exceptionally high. Setting up my order was easy. Happy with cost. Decent delivery time. I will use them again.
I sent a request online and someone contacted me right away. After the logo was approved, they took care of it right away. I received my decals within days. They have fast efficient customer services and good quality products. Deb Jons was my rep, she was very knowledgeable and efficient.
I haven’t gotten my order yet BUT I will say that the customer service is wonderful!! I got a phone call asking to checking my prints before they were put into production & I really appreciated that. Also the prints look absolutely amazing from the email! I can not wait to see them in person!! I am SO excited!!
