Nick Long was very responsive and helpful. I needed logos printed on a large scale and he was careful to go over the details of this print job. I'm still waiting on the print job, but so far the service has been excellent.

I did not request a proof before production; however, I made an error in my selection while ordering. Bridget emailed me and called me to explain that I selected die cut, but she believes I wanted transfer, which was absolutely the case. I’m very appreciative for her reaching out to me before production. That’s great customer service.

Ordering on the website is easy as 1-2-3. Banners.com has really done a great job simplifying the order process. I called them, as well...but only because we were in a crunch to get our Banner in-hand for an upcoming show. We've placed multiple orders with them over the past 2 years and have always been in awe at the finished product.

I called the Banner organization and I spoke with two incredible individuals (Nick and Joe) who were extremely supportive and helpful as I placed my order for a vertical banner. They took the time to explain their process of making an order and then they walked me through the entire process. I am very grateful for their customer service and support. They made my ordering experience a very positive one. I have told my friends and family about their fine company and I will definitely order from them again.

I had a great experience with Banners customer service. I ordered a custom banner on Friday and received it on Tuesday, thanks to the rush order and overnight shipping options I selected. The quality, colors are great, too!
