Friendly staff, did a great job
I have had a wonderful experience every time I have been to Balance Salon Spa. My stylist, Katie, is highly professional, communicative, and skilled. She makes me feel confident in her chair and is efficient with her work. She is an excellent representation of a high-caliber, veteran stylist. I am very grateful!

The experience was super relaxing. Kristina was super sweet and informative. She did a great job. I did want my hair straightened a bit more, but I should’ve mentioned that to her. Overall great experience and the botanical treatment left my hair smelling great!

I love what Clarissa does to my hair - and she's sweet and friendly while she does it.
Even though my stylist was super nice and super sweet and tried very hard to have me leaving satisfied, I feel like maybe she didn't look at the pictures I showed her to get the style that I wanted. She could have also maybe asked how I normally wear my hair, since she blow-dried it but I don't really use heat. I thought it was just part of the process. But overall it was a nice experience I just felt like I could have gotten something closer to what I asked for. I'll probably be back when it grows out a bit though the price was definitely worth it.

Clarissa is amazing. I had to leave early with wet hair to get to a meeting so we didn’t get to really see the hair color until I got home and she nailed it. So good.
Everyone is very friendly
I enjoy coming to have my hair cut with Katie. She is always so friendly and professional at the same time. My hair looks very stylish after my hair cut. The salon personnel at the front desk always greet me by name and ask if I wish to have anything to drink. I plan to continue coming to the salon.
Style hair with more “style”; not just blower and brush
