Torsten is the only mechanic I trust for high end, complex work. Doesn’t have to be a Trek bike! He’s always willing to take the time to educate and discuss options. All the staff are great and this locally-owned shop is great for Highland Park.

Knowledge was cool. And a lot of people shopping the large selection of bikes. Plus you came recommended the first time I was there so of course I drove out again to get service.
Called ahead of time to make sure they had the bike I wanted and they did. I told the shop it was going to take me a hour to get there, so Nikko said he would have it ready when I got there. Took the bike for a test ride within 5 to 10 minutes of arriving and it was set up perfectly. I ended up buying the bike and few accessories witch Nikko put on before I left. Nikko also help me put the bike on the car rack. It was a great experience and Nikko did an incredible job.

I send my bike up through VQ Chicago, you do the work, it comes back and voilà its done. All the people are great but I love working with Torsten. He takes good care of my bike.

Product has a good selection of usable items… not just shiny new toys that will sit in the corner of the garage. The service is the BEST…. Seriously… the people at the Zion store are top notch and I have trusted them for 15 years. I am an aggressive mountain bike, single track, and cross country rider that needs my bikes to function and be dependable. I don’t mind spending money at Zion to keep myself riding, and every member of my family utilizes them also.

Trek products are obviously leading the Industry in quality & innovation. The service at the Trek Store of Highland Park is unmatched. I’ve purchased multiple bicycles from entry level to Project One. KC and the entire team have always paid attention to the details. Every bike fitting has been meticulous and precise (thanks KC). There isn’t a better combination of product and service for cycling equipment in the Chicagoland area.
